Post appointment, we maintain contact with the client as well as the candidates to ensure the candidates’ successful integration in the organization. We maintain confidentiality throughout the process until we are satisfied with the candidates’ suitability as per our client instructions.

Reference Checking
As and when required, we carry out reference checks provided by the candidate and also check with the third party references from our side as it allows us to understand any hidden information.

Client-Candidate Interview
We coordinate at all stages; right from the telephonic interview, video conferencing, to organizing the personal meeting. We also offer assistance in negotiating the terms of employment prior to the formal written offer. We counsel the candidate on the formalities of resignation from current employment. The primary objective is to assist for a smooth transition. In short, we work hand-in-hand with the client and the candidate to deliver optimal results.

Presentation of Short listed Candidates to Clients
After conducting the preliminary interview, we prepare a summarized report in a format given by the client or if no particular format is specified, we submit the report in our own format. The report elaborates on the feedback and the findings.

Candidate Interview and Evaluation
The senior consultants carry out a preliminary interview and assess the candidates’ interest levels and fitment to the given vacancy along with other information like personality, leadership qualities, adaptability, and above all technical competency, for the desired profile.

After researching thoroughly, potential candidates are identified using sources like our database, references, contacts and executive search.

Research Strategy
In this stage, we map the industry study the competitors, and prepare list of potential organization from where we can hunt the best candidates. This stage also includes searching for the desired candidate from our vast updated database and through our references. We coordinate with our clients at every stage and provide them the market updates and hold regular sessions for clarification if any. If it is very difficult to get desired profiles we check with the client or organization, if few parameters can be changed. Regular feedback is provided to the client during the complete recruitment process. After this research is done we devise an action plan.

Needs Assesment
At this stage we understand the required profile of the candidate through the job description and job specification provided to us. We analyze the job role, and expectations from the candidate. We study various criteria in terms of qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience, required for the job. After studying about all this in detail, we also do an extensive research so that counseling a candidate is easier.
