‘All work and no play’, NET HR is not about this. The employees share a very friendly relation with each other. There are a lot of celebration and fun in the office. On Women’s Day when the female employees stepped if office, each of them were greeted with a card and red rose. The entire team celebrated Holi just like one family. Similarly, many festivals are celebrated in the office so that everyone can bond with each other. Also, team building activities and fun events are conducted on a weekly basis. Team outings and picnics happen every quarter for refreshment of the employees. All this keeps happy and gives them a break from the day-to-day work.
